In celebration of the Yehudi Menuhin centenary, pupils attended the Live Music school concert and enjoyed listening to a variety of classical and modern songs played by the Meridiem Duo (Harp & Flute). Some pupils had the opportunity to take the lead and conduct their own musical pieces.

On Monday 18th April, S1 were lucky enough to be joined by Cliff Porter who was sent on behalf of the European Space Agency.

He brought with him some rockets to set off, astronaut outfit, Principia mission badges and a life size Tim Peake!
